From 1977 to the Future: The Expansion of Taffurelli Primo

The company Taffurelli Primo, founded in 1977, began as a small metal carpentry workshop nestled in the heart of the Po Valley, one of the largest agricultural regions in Europe. Thanks to the innovative vision of its founder, the company quickly expanded its operations, transforming into a true artisan workshop.

The Beginning in the Livestock and Agricultural Sector

The first step of Taffurelli Primo was entering the livestock sector, offering a diverse and flexible production capable of meeting every customer’s need. Over the years, production became increasingly specialised, focusing on three main sectors: livestock, agriculture, and metal carpentry.

New Work Processes: Carbon Steels for Structures

Since 2008, Taffurelli Primo has taken a new direction by expanding its offerings to include the processing of carbon steels for structures. This new activity complements its traditional production, introducing advanced technical capabilities such as cutting, sheet metal bending, roll bending, and welding.

The introduction of 3D CAD and the expansion of its CNC machine fleet have further enhanced the company's production capabilities, paving the way for its entry into the subcontracting market.

Certifications and Quality: ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and EN 1090 EXC 3

One of the most recent but equally important achievements of Taffurelli Primo has been obtaining ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certifications. These certifications confirm the high quality of the production system, which has also been recognised by the Metal Transformation Centre (CTM) with the number 2561/13, as well as by the Central Technical Service of the Higher Council of Public Works.

Since January 2015, Taffurelli Primo has also been able to affix the CE mark to its structural products, having been certified under the EN 1090 EXC 3 standard, ensuring compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
